Gachot-Monot is a 10 ha family property in southern
Côte-de-Nuits. It is managed by the young couple Damien and Liselotte
Gachot since 1993. Liselotte is from Denmark. They make primarily red
wines (Nuit Saint-Georges, Côte de Nuits Villages, Bourgogne,
Passetoutgrains), and also some white Chardonnay (Côte de Nuits Villages)
and Aligoté.
