Jan Pettersen, from Norway, spent 15 years with
Osborne, one of the biggest wine and spirit companies in Spain, before
buying his own bodega in 1999. In the centre of the old town of Jerez Jan
makes very modern and ambitious sherries. He also produces brandy and
vinegar.
