Cousin & Cie is a négociant that was created in the mid
90s by Iakob Schjerbeck from Denmark. Iakob also makes his own wine,
called ‘d:vin’, from 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is made in
collaboration with Château Lauduc on a small 1.75 hectare parcel of
‘vieilles vignes’. At the Wine Fair Iakob also presented wines from Pingus
(Peter Sisseck) in Ribera del Duero, Spain, Chateau Carsin (Juha
Berglund), Bordeaux, and Nordlund Vin from Denmark.
