Hans Kristian (from Denmark) and Carrie (from the US)
Jørgensen, a Danish-American couple have established themselves in the
very southernmost part of Portugal as winemakers. Their range of wines are
mostly made from traditional Portuguese grapes but they have also been
much acclaimed for their wines from other varieties (e.g. Syrah), often
sold as table wine since they don’t follow the rules.
