Costers del Siurana/Clos de l'Obac Carles Pastrana at Costers
del Siurana in Gratallops was, together with Rene Barbier and Alvaro Palacios,
one of the first to start making quality wine and realising the region's
potential for high quality wine in Priorato in the early 1980s. He made his
first red wine Clos de l'Obac in 1989 and a couple of years later he continued
with other cuvees: the white wines Miserere and Kyrie and the red, sweet wine
Dolc de l'Obac that comes from a one-hectare vineyard with a unique micro
climate. The grapes ripen more and better there and are used to make this
unusual sweet red wine.

Consell Regulador de la Denominacio d'Origen Priorat, Celler Reconegut - all wineries seem to have this kind of sign showing that it is an official winery

The restaurant is also run by Pastrana and is called Clos de l'Obac. Very good (and by the way, it might be the only restaurant in the village too)
