Marcel Richaud
Marcel Richaud, wine maker, is not the one to make designed or market adapted wines. In
his view, it is nature who decides how the wine will be. But since he is an
outstanding winemaker, one of the best in southern Rhône, his wines sell well
all the same. His cuvée “La Garrigue” (Côtes-du-Rhône) is in his view a very
typical wine from southern Rhône, expressing the terroir and the region – warm,
Mediterranean, with herbs and spices (rosemary, juniper,…). |
