   Château Mont-Redon
A big wine estate in Chateauneuf-du-Pape with 125 hectares. One of the classic Chateauneuf wines. They also do some Lirac wine and Cotes-du-Rhone wine. All 13 of the permitted grape varieties are used in the making of the wines.

  The 1952 Chateauneuf-du-Pape vintage... A view from above over the stainless vats Here you can clearly see the four "black tubes" that are mounted on the top of the vats. They are actually pneumatic "feet" - to automatically do the 'pigeage' (pushing down of the cap) Wood, glass fibre and stainless steel
