Domaine Henri Milan, AOC Les Baux de Provence (previously Coteaux d'Aix en Provence Les Baux)
A very interesting wine domaine where the wine maker, Henri Milan, wants to make wines as "natural" as possible. He emphasises the soil and the terroir and vinifies in small batches to retain the separate characteristics of each wine.

Another old vine with more typical Cordon Royat     What's left from the pressing can be used for fertilising And then to the tasting of the Milan wines

Two bottles of rosé wine One wine bottle with natural cork and one with synthetic cork   Some of Henri Milan's wines are aged in barrel. But how does he get them up to the top?
