Roche aux Moines has its own appellation. It
too (like Serrant) leads down to a valley, here called Coulée.
The dominant orientation is south-west
giving it excellent exposure to the sun. The grapes get very ripe, and
sometimes 'passerillé'. They often have orange peel or raisin aromas
