Stainless steel fermentation tanks
at Couly-Dutheil
Christophe, export manager at Couly-Dutheil
The winery is designed for minimum
"processing": grapes are transported on a conveyor belt to the top floor
to avoid pumping. The bizarre wooden construction is where the stalks are
thrown out
This is
the grape reception area. The grapes are dumped into the stainless steel
receptor and pushed to the right which brings them onto the conveyor
belt at the far right
