Champagne region in harvest time. Harvest at Champagne Perrion

Champagne Perrion is a small independent grower in Verzenay. They make three cuvées, all from Grand Cru vineyards ("100%"): Cuvée Brut Tradition (80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay), Cuvée Prestige (90% PN and 10% Ch, with longer aging, some in oak barrels), and Cuvée Demi-Sec (80% PN and 20% Ch).

Cratefuls of Pinot Noir Grape pickers     Second generation grapes: du to the frost in spring a second generation of grapes have developed. These are not ripe at the time of harvest and are left on the vines. They can possibly be harvested at a later date
