Château Haut-Bergeron, Sauternes This 25 hectares big wine estate in Sauternes can
boast some very old vines. The grape harvest and the wine making (vinification)
is done with great care. They age the wines for quite a long time in oak
barrels. The resulting sweet Sauternes wine is at the same quality level as more
famous wine producing estates and well known names in the region.
