Wine and the Environment, Organic, Biodynamic, Natural is lavishly illaustrade with photographs from vineyards and wine cellars. The images play an important role in the book as illustrations to many of the differnt concepts, techniques and products that are explained. Many pictures are unique, showing aspects of wine growing and winemaking that is seldome seen by outsiders.
