A new must-have (?) wine gadget

I just discovered a brand new “device” to keep an opened bottle of wine fresh for a long time: Coravin. A clever little thing that with which you don’t even need to pull the cork out of the bottle. Supposedly you can keep the “opened” bottle of wine for weeks or perhaps even months without it going bad. (Why you would want to is a mystery!) You simply pour what you want through (!) the cork.

Read more on this device, and on other types of “wine savers” (vacuum, gas, etc) in Per’s article on BKWine Magazine: A new device to preserve an opened bottle of wine
