Why a riesling? A riesling is a riesling is a riesling.

No, no, no! This wine is simply delicious and is a perfect paring served with for example a white fish or seafood like some nice prawns. The wine has a very attractive bouquet with complexity and citrus, some mint and classic riesling petroleum. On the palate it is dry and has a lot of fresh minerals, citrus, and not-quite-ripe pears. The finish is long and delicious and will be sure to enhance any dish served for dinner.
